my 12months contract with orange with the cashback deal on a D500 with e2save is nearly up. when do i actually inform orange that i want to terminate the line? do i do it 11months or 12months in to the contract? i will need the 12months bill for my final cashback.

You can request termination at the start of the 12th month. thereby giving 30 days notice to ensure that the contract ceases on the last day of the 12th month. At this point your 12th invoice will be generated to satisfy e2save and you will receive a further invoice from Orange for calls made, if any. Remember that you pay upfront for line rental and in arrears for calls. There might be some line rental to be returned to you at the end of it all.

If you are still unsure, then call Orange and ask them "on what date must I inform you that I wish to to cease my contract so that it ends properly on the last day of the twelve month contract".
