I don't think so, PhoneboxDirect are "trading partners" of Caudwell Communications, just like you could be a trading partner of Tesco if you do all your shopping with them.

Basically they just source stuff through them, and you would have no claim against CC if PBD went tits up!

The explanation can be found in the T&Cs. click on this title in the top right of the pg then scroll down. Here is a small example:
All cash back claims are available to customers by redemption that subscribe to a brand new 12, 18, or 24 month service agreement. Cash backs are claimed by sending the claim form, and original airtime bill that you receive by post. Redemption Procedure - check below

    £10 to £100 claims

Cash backs are claimed in two equal instalments.
Instalment 1: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill that arrives showing you’ve been connected for 120 days. I.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4months) after connection.
Take the deal up through Quidco for £30 extra cash!

The offer for 880 is for 10 months free not 12. Still its a good deal and one that i am looking at with mobile outlet as the caskback terms seem a bit more easier. But I am looking for information about reliablilty to payout cashback for MO but don't seem to be getting much response for mse's. is that good or bad?

bindiboo, either people have not taken out offers with MO is because of the bad point(s) around, or are not sure what they are like. If people have taken out a deal with them maybe there is no review(s) because it's not time yet to claim so they can't comment??

Also they charge you £1.99 for free phones and some are put off by this because they sometimes can find the same deal on other sites and they don't charge (for free phones)!

Many people may have not bothered to take out a contract (or have and not registered to post on here or whatever) with MO in case they somehow go bust and they will have lost out on their cashback.

Therefore most people will tend to stick with established/big names like The Link, CPW, e2save. For those who take out a deal with MO please post your review on here. :)
