Question for Blackberry 8900 owners

Hi

Does anyone here own an 8900 and have problems with either the keyboard being loose (as in if you push slightly up/down/left/right there is a least a 1mm shift) or the back plate being loose?

I have a one week old BB which the TM store are refusing to exchange. Reading online it seems these are common faults but TM insist it's a 'feature' (why would it be a feature?) of the handset, despite the fact the old Curve was completely solid.

Would be keen to hear of other's experiences with the handset.
Not really sure how to progress things further given that TM customer services on the phone won't touch the complaint as the upgrade was done in-branch. Branch manager isn't interested at all and won't budge whatsoever.

Thanks

I know it may be inconvenient but try another t-mobile store or try to catch a nicer member of staff. Worth a try.

Bump to see if anyone else has had similar experiences, especially if you've managed to obtain an exchange which has been better quality.
    Thanks.
