Afternoon - am keeping positively positive and have been swimming every morning before work apart from last Wednesday and Saturday when I was teaching anyway................... and have lost 6lbs!!

One of our mums at school did the marathon on Saunday and she was hobbling around Monday and yesterday so you're in good company Hypno.

Well I'm off to clean the downstairs loo - oh what fun!
