    Morning all! I slept really well (unsurprisingly) and I ache so so much today.......I think today will be a bit of a struggle, but I will head into work and hope I don't have to do too much in the way of stair climbing!

    Scratchcards done - and able to request a payout on one, so that is a good start to the week. Also did a casino reload thingy over the weekend which will net me £22.....

    Morning Hypno - glad you had a good time, raised the amount you wanted to and enkoyed (!) yourself. They say that movement is the best way to get rid of the aches !

    i'm off swimming shortly - this will be the 6th time since last monday and I already feel so much better for the exercise!

    Have a good day - even if it is slow and achey
