Air conditioned office here
Power cut at home, so got in early so I can get a cup of tea, AND I got the only space in the car park that is in the shade come the afternoon :j:j:j (It's an ill wind etc)

Well done on your no spend day...hope you manage another one today. I'm lucky that my clinic is cool and because I work from home I can leave all windows open upstairs which keeps the house cool too. Mind you, i've also left the fan on upstairs as poorly cat is suffering in this heat. She's chosen the best spot inches away from the fan! Let's hope the electricity bill isn't too inflated!

I am half way towards a NSD today - and will succeed if I can avoid the ice cream man who has the most amazing ice cream flavours on his cart just by the office :rolleyes:

It's very hot and stuffy here - I have turned off the lights to try and cool it down a bit, but all that it has done is made it cosy and made me even more tired

It is my wedding anniversary today - 19 years.....and whilst it would be nice to have a takeaway or meal out as a treat.......the freezer and storecupboard beckon in order to keep my spending on track. Next year, for 20 years, though, we should be debt free, so we can push the boat out and go to Pizza Hut :rotfl:

Myself and my OH went a bit mental in asda yesterday , so think we will be eating that lot for weeks to come.
