It is DDs birthday tomorrow and her present from us is to move into the bigger bedroom that has been recently vacated by the student......I need to paint it, etc but that hasn't stopped DD "moving in" already

So, she is throwing stuff out like there is no tomorrow - hurrah!!! Plus the desk that has been blocking my dining room door has been moved upstairs. hurrah again!!!

Over the summer, DS will move into DD's old room (once I have painted that) and DS's current room will become a study. Then the dining room can become a dining room :T

Sounds like our house due to DD moving out and clutter being shifted I am expecting to get my dining room back too this week and I have turned a teenage girls bedroom into a teenage boy who supports Man U bedroom and even OH has managed to declutter the garage I have never seen it so tidy:T

Sounds like you've a busy few months ahead of you Hypno. I bet that helps you with the dreaded housework though - in theory, everything will be more sorted for you if you have a study...I did say in theory!!

So I thought I would just see how much I have paid off since 1st December 2007, and I was very pleased to see that I have cleared £37151.65 of capital.......:T

I would hate to think what that figure is if I include interest payments made too!

I will get my house, I will, I will.........

Blooming marvellous - you'll be in a lovely house and truly deserve it.

Although you wouldn't think it if you walked in at the moment :rotfl:

Finally done a dooyoo review for this evening, and picked up another tiddly mystery shop for next week.

Spending has been low - £2.75 on birthday cards for DD and 80p on a coffee at the ski club. So, all in all, not too bad.

Not fussed about ice, and I don't expect a slice, because it is not very MSE.....unless you use the rind to freshen your laundry or something afterwards
