OH wants to know how you can watch the final, make coffee, tend the baby and type on the computer at the same time?:D (Don't forget your priorities - football first, everything else second)

I on the other hand am going to take the laptop outside and enjoy the sunshine - can't do laundry as the spin cycle is too loud while OH is watching the game:rotfl:that's my excuse anyway:rotfl:

Hypno - was so guilted out after reading about your cleaning efforts I swept the floor -- OH wants to know what's wrong with me:p

Shaun really is a mystery, isn't he! :rotfl: So is Hypno, of course - if we ever here of a line of tornadoes, stretching all the way from Norwich to Dublin, we'll know that they've talked on the phone or something :rotfl: the atmosphere won't be able to stand it. Actually, I know someone else who seems to have that level of energy - Martin himself! Have you ever read his blogs when he lists his diary? Its frightening ....

Housework is always more productive with a large glass of wine on the go....perfect for a summer's afternoon!

I have been tackling the utility room - quite possibly the worst room in the whole house as it is not only dumping ground between house and garage (everything on its way to the garage seems to take an extended stopover in the utility) but it is home to cat food, bin, washing machine, skis & ski servicing equipment, bike bits, you name it, it seems to be there - but also because it is the back door into the house, we have football boots, several pairs of shoes, grimy floor, empty carrier bags, bottles waiting to go to the bottle bank etc.....

It is quite a big room, as utilities go - I have had kitchens that are smaller! So when it is clear it really makes a difference as you come into the house......I will have finished it this evening, and will then do my original challenge of the hall......

Dooyoo cheque arrived today - £50 that I can pay in on Monday and colour another square. Woooooo!!!

I've just done a dooyoo review - the sun has come round so much that there is only a small spot left in the garden and the student has bagged that one to revise in for her exam on Monday, so I will let her have it!

It really has been a lovely day - I have got a lot done without feeling pressured to do it - the place looks a lot better than it did a week or so ago! Generally I am feeling a bit more in control, which is a pretty nice feeling to have.

A friend is coming over tonight for some reflexology, so that will be good too.

I hope that tomorrow is as nice/productive/sunny.......Despite loving the snow for skiing, I really am not a winter/drab weather person!

Hypno, as there is no longer a Sunday night confessional on the threads, I've popped in here to confess.

I ate Popeye's Easter Egg last night - entirely :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It made me feel sick, but I didn't leave a crumb.
And I thought "serve him right for leaving it behind" :D
