I had trouble with my 3rd,the other two were fine with any wipes/nappies etc but he was a pampers baby..His skin reacted to everything else and where sudocreme worked wonders for the other 2 it didnt on him.We used kamillosan too and still do when needed.Do you take your own nappies in or do they use theirs??0

Thanks all for the posts & advice. Think it may well be thrush as she has raised spots that look very sore.
Been to pharmacist who gave OH some canestan cream
Will see if it clears up.
have also spoken to the nursery and asked for them to change her every 2 hours regardless

I was going to suggest canasten .. my little girl suffered badly as a baby.. and i have to admit trying everything..even the flour!! In the end (other than the time it was thrush and i used the canasten)only metanium ever worked for me.0
