The 46 best free programs money can't buy

Looking for some software the other day and stumbled across this site. Seems like some very good advice and also some very good programs - all for free (alternatives for IE, Nero, Mcafee etc).

Hopefully someone will find it useful.

I feel like such a fool.

Still better to have shared something already known than keep a secret from many. Or something with the same message but more poetic.

No such thing as a stupid post here, mate! Besides, there are so many posts posted each day that you have to be a daily reader to see them all anyway. Just because it's been mentioned before, doesn't mean everyone has read them, does it?

Nice to see an experianced user eating "humble pie " !

As a newbie I made mystakes and still do but in a community help site like this a little tolerance for new members should be the norm !

Agree but somethings I just stumble upon in the first page whilst browsing and find extremely useful without a prior intention to search for them like the subject of this post. Thank you to the OP of this post.
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????
