I really hope that someone understands this better than I as I am sat here weeping and stressing. The OR offered us the chance to purchase the BI in our home. The home is in negative equity of approx £20k, but its our home and we love it and want to stay. So we obtained a mortgage balance and a valuation, signed the forms…

No I didn't ask about ED, as I want to remain under the radar!

Anyway, OR phoned a couple of hours ago. Really nice call and said that subject to contract we can have our house for £2 plus costs!!!!!!
So happy.
Still no mention of my interview, but as its been 8 months, doubt I'll get one now.
