    Well, I sent her this

    Hi there,

You say 'yet again' but I have not received any communucation from you since the first e-mail which you sent me saying the the item should be with me shortly.

I got your number from the ebay 'Advanced Search' where any buyer can input the sellers name and the item number of the item that has been bought, this generates an email to YOU to say that I have requested your details and another email is sent to ME with your home details.

Ebay request that if an item is not received the buyer first does everything in their power to find out why, they suggest sending several emails and calling the seller.

I had sent you three emails, the first you responded to, the others were ignored so I chose to find your details and call you rather than doing a chargeback.

As you can see I have left you positive feedback even though I was bitterly disappointed in the way which you have conducted this sale. I hope that you will do the same for me as you can see that I paid instantly.

    well........

I've just had a reply from her saying
thank you for that i shall try that myself. will leave good feedback. regards *****

    Odd woman!

Thanks for listening to my seeth and to those sympathetic seethees who seethed on my behalf (try saying that after a few! )

I shall chill out now..... and I'll remember the lessons that private feedback is usually for a very good reason and that not all ebayers are 'normal' like you or I ;)
Just run, run and keep on running!

How do you do an advanced search on a ebay member?

Click on 'Advanced Search' in the top right corner, then on the left click 'Find Contact Information'. You have to put in the members name and the item number that you have bought from them. They get sent an email with your details on saying that you've requested their info. Then you get an email with their details on.

If you use this facility and find that the phone number doesn't get you through to the seller, report them and they'll be NARU'd. It is against ebay policy to put an invalid tel no in your profile.
