    Woots 150 quid cheque arrived from Halifax CC for charges dating back to 1999!

    Imagine my surprise i only asked for 110, still that prob makes up for the interest ive lost (not)

    No matter what anyone says dont be discourgaed doing this! It is your money, get it back!

    I managed to add about £700 in interest from my bank. I keep saying it, at 8% interest calculated daily on each offence, it would make bank charges one of the most efficient savings methods out there.

    Martin should add unlawful bank charges to his savings fountain :D:D:D
