Best phone for Internet Access for £100?

I've recently got a sim deal from Vodafone and am planning to add unlimited internet to it.
I need a good mobile which preferably has the ability to offer 'full internet' access (i.e. not a mobile cut down version).
I've heard the LG Viewty is good and within my price range of £100.
Does anyone have any other recommendations?
Also, are the phones from Littlewoods Direct locked or unlocked?
