    I'm such a cheeky mare!

Erin will miss her swimming lesson this saturday due to us doing the balmoral races... so i called the pool and asked if by any chance she could squeeze into a midweek class at her level, just as a one off.... well i hate the thought of paying for her lesson and her not getting...

and they said yes.... a minor MSE moment but good nonetheless!

    Conversation with Ryan on Sunday:

    Ryan: Mum's got a boyfriend, Mum's got a boyfriend
    Me: No, I haven't!!!
Ryan: Yes you have, Dave's your boyfriend
Me: He SO isn't - he's just a friend, sometimes not even that!
Ryan: So why do you let him sleep here when we're not here?
Me: Errrr.......cos people sometimes have friends to stay sweetie
Ryan: Does he sleep on the sofa?
Me: *gulp* (hate lying to him :o) Yes, he does.
Ryan: Yes but sometimes he kisses you when you think we're not looking
Me: Errrrrr.......well yes, it's okay for friends to kiss each other sometimes... *blushes a bit*
Ryan: Are you going to marry Dave?
Me: A WHOLE WORLD of NO!!!
Ryan: I think you should, Dave's awesome!

I am ready to go to my cake decorating class :D A whole new adventure for me - I know nothing about decorating cakes apart from the 1 evening taster session I went to last term. I am not the most patient or graceful of people when it comes to stuff like this but tonight's seems fairly straight forward.

Seems weird sitting here knowing I'm going to where I normally teach and having all my stuff but not having to go yet because I don't have the classroom to set up. It will be excellent being there as a learner and just being able to walk away at the end of the evening with my creation :D
