    Have been out on my trike for a wee while & have done & wee bit of gardening & boy am I bushed.Phew.

    Hey Beanie, hope you had a lovely time on the old Trike! :)

    Just got in from Run club..last one and they were more excited about Sunday than me. Quite a few are coming up to watch which is nice.

    God I am so hungry today and worst still I am craving chocolate, cakes and ice cream...bloody AUnt Flo. Must try and stay healthy though

    Well the duty at brownies involved an hour nature walk so am not going running, am going to get a sneaky gym session tomorrow while Erin is at swiming and then run on wednesday night......

    I think i may have volunteered to do Brownie accounts from next financial year, july... eeeek!!!!!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
