you can go for a run in the sun after...although the sun might have gone by then! No run club for you tonight then?

Im looking forward to run club tonight, only supposed to be doing 2 miles according to plan but I suspect I will just run whatever they do which will be 4-5 miles.

Did you know there's a year zero in Hindu calendars though...just shows how concepts of time and history are influenced by cultural and religious traditions!
  • I had some excellent encyclopaedias, they were Disney ones, 20 in the set. Each one was a different subject, I used to sit for hours reading them. They were beautifully photographed, hardback big book, with lovely Disney illustrations all the way through.

I think I had the same ones. Was the first one about jungle animals and had different Disney characters telling you about them? If so, I've probably still got them in the attic somewhere.

yep, i will do... great thing about CD, no meal times to get in the way of running!!!

i just wish i had the nerve to run at lunchtimes, just don't fancy sitting looking bleugh all afternoon at my desk... but it would be a better use of my lunchtimes than current occupation of doing nowt....... not enough time either really, i oculd stretch to an hour if it was 1 day a week, but an hour isn't long enough to get there and back and decent 45min workout.... i suppose i could wear gymstuff under my clothes in am.... and just smell all afternoon.... well do the babywipes freshen...

Becky - does your work have showers for when you run into work?

I need to grow my hair so i can at least tie it back for the afternoons........

Lol, I always say 'depends what time you're asking from...'

He wanted to know how long it would take him to dig until he got to lava today...

You are talking about your 3 year old??? He sounds smarter than me already, can I not post the AQA application to him and get him to fill it in:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
