Jill thanks for the pedometer link - i've done 1.5 miles so had a leisurely walk for good 1.5 hours - i had to kick myself to get out and do some walking but it was quite nice without kids and in the sunshine :j

hollyh i am so sorry to hear of your sisters loss!! big hugs to her and family and to you of course!!!

kids are home, washing is still blowing nicely in the wind, i've just seperated them so peace again - need a rest after the walk because my back is playing up again
dh will be home soon so i guess i need to think about dinner :rolleyes:

went to the doctors got sent away and told i was too late for my apointment (got there at eleven minutes past eleven my apointment was at ten past) i swear those receptionists are like the gistapo.

anyway i went to a and e because i needed to be seen they did tests im waiting on those comming back but they think i might have iritable bowel syndrome aswell. typical i get 2 nasty ones

dont think the flyings going to be finnished tonight altho i will have to remake the beds in a bit. everything else seems to have gone to pot

OH vacumed the floor wile i was at the hospital and says he will make tea (this could mean make it happen:money:only smiley i could find with a phone sorry lol)

Oh ta for the pedometer link. My walk to town, round a bit and home again was just under 3 miles, but with a several stops, lunch and cake on the way, which is probably cheating

TODAY'S LIST IS COMPLETED!!!

I've got 4 children for dinner so will try to stay calm! Then it's a pta meeting tonight (in the pub so not too bad!!).

Wishywashy Wednesday ~ Study, bathrooms and loo DONE TOOTS
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter floors[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Declutter the desk and wipe off those cup rings[/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Scrub the tiles, bath, sinks, loo's, shower etc.. don't forget pedestals!![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Polish mirrors and taps[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort out the toiletries cupboard.. wipe the shelves and make it all nice and neat[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Sweep and mop/vacuum the floors[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]empty and clean out the bins[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Defrag comp. delete 100 emails[/STRIKE] deleted 100s in a account I dont use all spam.
Extras

1. binbag dance
2. [STRIKE]wipe radiator or two![/STRIKE]
3. [STRIKE]Collect all the dirty laundry from upstairs and put it in the wash! [/STRIKE]
4. [STRIKE]Clean out any stinky pets![/STRIKE]

Been out to phone shop with DD to get her new phone changed. They did it no problem. Also trying to talk me into getting my broadband with them which would be cheaper as Im with them too.
