    so heres the story:

    OP buys muffins online,
    muffins end up containin hairs,
    OP cant be bothered to take it back so fones instead queryin the muffins,
    gets offered a refund,
    OP declines saying they want an apology,
    OP comes on MSE ventin bout 68p muffins they CANT BE BOTHERED to take back, stating all they want is someone to say 'im sorry'.

    life really does suck sumtimes :D
