Hair found in muffins asda ** **

Found a hair in a packet of asda brand muffins rang them up and there attitude was send it back get refund. YES i know that but no apology i shop every week spend over £100 a week. Poor service good job the misses spotted it because i would not have:eek:..............

    Report it to trading standards,and write a letter to head office


    The staff may not be wearing the hair nets they are regulated to
    And if they are not sticking to the simple things other regulations to protect us as consumers of these products may be being flouted also
