I am currently with ukonline and half way through my 12month contract. I need to get out of this contract and have recieved a email off them today saying that they have changed part of the contract terms and conditions. It says in the email that "If you feel that you have been disadvantaged by the changes you have the rightto terminate your agreement with us by notifying us at *** within thirty days of the date of this e-mail. Otherwise we will assume thatyou are happy with the changes and agree to comply with the updated Terms andConditions." Can i just cancel now due to this or will i need to give them a reason why i think i am at a disadvantage.
Thanks,
Paul
Thanks,
Paul

you dont have to give a reason... its totally your choice... none of their business... you can say you'r canceling the contract because you'r getting a better deal from another ISP... they may decide to sell you other offers or resovle your problem with them.
Remember to request your MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) from UKOL... you will probabily need it when you join a new ISP.0
