    Yay a mini update ooo im in to the 19k paid off well done me and a 166 off been in 57k so i should be there at least by tomorrow lol i will have to update in the morning lol :) xx turns out the new mortgage is next month not this month as we thought lol lol xx

    I hope so, thats 20k paid off so far wish it could have been more but ive tried to live a little at the same time also and im mid diy also which is not increasing the debt but its making it slower at paying it off lol lol xx thank you though, how much debt have you got ? x

    Loads, at present £46,755 in Jan was £54,261 getting there, but i have a plan to be debt free including mortgage £121,000 this year. I have property that i let out, today I have spoken to estate agencies about putting it up for sale. When sold i will be debt free, mortgage free and even have a bit leave over. So fingers cross it sells quickly.
