18185 1899 charges from mobile

just made a couple 0f 0800 calls from mobile via both of these,10p per minute is being announced...a fault or is this correct?
never put off buying a bargain today,it may be gone tomorrow

    Probably correct, as they have different tariffs for non-BT lines - find a link on their home or rates pages.

    Also, depending on your network you may be charged separately for the 0800 number, of from inclusive minutes, but not free.

    If your mobile supplier charges to call Freephone Numbers thats why your getting announcement.If you have got inclusive 01/02 minutes use the 020 access numbers instead.

    sorry i should have made that clearer...it was through the 0207 inclusive minutes option i received that message

    On what network are you using it? If its Orange they might be treating it as an Intl Calling Service and charging 10p.

    i am on bt mobile,has been ok till today,0845/0870 going through at usual rates, jut re checked,sounds like a fault their end rather than my service provider
    never put off buying a bargain today,it may be gone tomorrow
