You are doing really well, getting debts down and paying one off feels great doesn't it? I love updating my sig when another payment goes out it makes me very motivated. Ireally want to pay off my NEXT account but am stalling as I don't want to pay it and then regret it for the rest of the month partly because I have a £300 deposit to pay for my DS1's school trip and will need to pay it very soon. However if I want to avoid interest charges I need to pay my NEXT account off by the weekend. Decisions, decisions!

I know :) I wanted to put more towards the loan already but I figured I better leave it as if the OH loan doesn't go through I might need to help him out here and there and then there is the oil etc, but I don't use much petrol and I would seriously worry if I needed to spend more than £200 on myself in the next 3 weeks :S
I think the difference is that I have become VERY aware of where my money goes. Before I refused to look at my statements but now I check them online everyday so there should be no nasty surprises :D Checking statements online I think is the biggest single thing I have done to change how I deal with things... and now I have got control of things in one place it's really easy :)

If I am a really good girl then I should be able to pay things off a lot faster than I had hoped and this is what I want to do :) The way to look at it: Everything I can pay off means I can start saving for a wedding sooner ;) how's that for an incentive ;)

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
