It's likely that this in not due to your email account, but someone else who has your email address in their address book, and has a virus in their computer. The virus is sending emails purporting to be from your address, which when undelivered, you get the return error message.

Nothing to worry about but change your password anyway.

Re run hijackthis and place a tick next to this and press fix.

Yes change the password on your other computer not where the log came from.

Thanks i have done that now do you think its worth doing a full scan on malwarebytes or not in order to try and sort out the other computer. We are in the process of getting mcafee?? free withe a purchase would you wait til then.

Do not install McAfee its one of the worst antivirus.

1 ~ Mcafee is awful
2 ~ you shouldnt try to install ANY anti virus package on an infected computer
3 ~ A full scan with malwarebytes would be an ideal start

I think i may have done something wrong the first bit fixed checked etc seems ok ran a log again on hijackthis and 04KKCU thing had dissapeared but the 2nd bit i may have done wrong.
I copied and pasted the file c:\Program Files....... and the response came back file has already been analysed. I'll post the address bar list next
