So frustrated...... please help me?

Hi allWe are having problems with our hotmail account. Someone keeps sending emails and we get notification of failure - for emails we havent sent.An example of one is below.could anyone please tell me what is happening and how to get rid.Thanks very much. :mad::mad:Copied and pasted from inbox.:---

Download and install Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php update,run a quick scan,remove everything it finds, post the contents of the logfile back here.

Thanks for getting back to me as its on hotmail - do you mean on both the laptops we use as we use two.

the other laptop is an apple mac and im having trouble downloading it. Its showing on the small download screen but the little page icon is blank and when i double click on the download to bring it fully on to the screen i just get a page on encripted signs etc. so now dont know what to do about that.

Oh don't worry if its apple mac. It may of just been that the password was guess make sure it contains UPPER and lower cast,numbers and symbols.
A few words stuck together is a bad password e.g. ilikepie.

On the windows computer download hijackthis http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download install it, open it if its not already, press "Do a system scan and save a logfile", once its done the logfile will open in notepad, copy and paste the contents of the file back here in your next reply.

About two or three weeks - but its now at the point where its happening every day sometimes twice.

Your missing most of the logfile there is more if you scroll down on the file
