I ordered a Vodaphone SIM £9.99 on 3 Dec amd haven't heard anything except the first confirmation e mail. I have e mailed again last thursday and still no reply0

I too ordered a Voda £9.99 sim. It took 8 days to come. Was told the delay was due to vodafone 's credit checks and setting up the contract/ direct debit. All phone companies are very busy with special xmas offers, apparently. Am still waiting for Onestopphoneshop phone to arrive after 8 days, so Forward Cellular dont seem to be any worse than their competitors. Good job I'm not in any hurry.0

well I still have heard nothing from Forward Cellular about the sim card I ordered on 8th December. they took the money from my card on 8th. I have Emailed them twice and had no reply, I am advised that phoning is no good they dont answer the phone so I dont know what else to do0

forward cellular are i believe a one man band and so with the current run up to xmas they are probably quite busy, reast assured they wont rip you off they are very reliable. ive bought 2 contract lines from them in the past and got the cashback. usually I find if you call early morning say about 9/9:30ish you do get through.ummm...0

I concur foward cellular are a one man operation and my dealings with them, though small, have been very good - and I am fussy!!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

The sim card that I ordered on the 8th still has not arrived, but on checking my online bank the direct debit has been set up, so I l do not know where it is. I phoned Forward Cellular on 23rd December and they are closed for xmas until 4th or 5th January. Had I realised it would not come in time for xmas I would never have ordered it as it was a present for my son.
I have E mailed the 3 times and never had a reply.0 -
I have just checked my on line credit card account and Forward Cellular have refunded my money on 20th December. It would have been nice if they had told me then I could have gone and purchased an alternative before xmas. I can not understand why the direct debit has been set up.0
