my friend ordered the SE W800i from OSPS last week (not the clearance offer but the one with 10 months free line rental on Orange). Received the phone and paperwork, found all the instructions on how to claim cashbacks BUT can't find the redemption forms!!!
He had an impression the redemption forms will be sent separately according to the instructions. Anyway, he called OSPS and the CS said will post one to him.
So, don't make that assumption, they did that on purpose and hope you don't realise until the 14 days cooling off period is over.

They tried this with me a couple of years ago, fortunately I checked on receipt and got the forms sent.

check all teh documents you receive, mine had a small A5 piece of paper talking about the cashback redemption process. I only discovered by accident on the back of this sheet of paper are the redemption vouchers. When you cut them out they are about 5cm wide strips of paper. I honestly thought I hadn't received them either they are that well disguised

i rang them to confirm which bill i send it and the cs lady send once u have been connected for 4 months then the next bill you get send it in. i got a bit confused because i can remember reading somewhere on hear its actually after 3 months so i left it to that because i thought better to call back and ask someone else just to make double sure.

    can anyone confirm this?

From what I understand you HAVE to wait four months and then you are 2 options:
    1) send in the 4th airtime bill BEFORE you receive the 5th bill
    2) wait until the 5th airtime bill and send that one in.

Basically its the latest bill after four months

Sorry to hijack your thread but could you possibly confirm if there is anything mentioned on the paperwork/instructions for cashback with regard to changing tariff within a specified period.

My last OSPS deal (ended last year) had:

"....it is important you remain on your chosen tariff for the following periods:
    O,3,O2,V - 6 months
    TM - 11 months

After this period you are free to change tariff without penalty."

As you may see in my other thread it dosn't seem as clear at the moment !
