Saturday's positive action

Well so far today I have completed the court fee remission forms ready for next week. Hopefully that means we won't have to pay the £150 court fees each on the day. Has anyone else had experience of this?

I think I might also get packing my hospital bag ready for baby. With everything that's going on lately I hope she doesn't arrive early but if she does then at least I am ready and waiting her!!!

Going to lay some tiles in the bathroom floor, brought the tiles about 3 months ago and have some grout left over from a previous job... wasn't going to bother as we're probably going to lose the house but a quick job should help it keep a bit clean for the few months whilst we're still here and it ain't going to cost anything.

we got the fee remission, although nearly didnt, so just make sure any of your proof is dated within the last month, and or you definately have the last 3 months bank statements. I so nearly didnt get it sorted...

as for a positive BR action
have a batch baking session sorted so i only use the oven for a shorter time.

I took everything I thought I needed in and was then asked for loads more things I can't get or are with the OR - I've nearly given up trying! I'll have one more go next week though, as £150 means quite a lot at the moment!

  • Positive action for today - Making a curry this afternoon to eat when I get home from the pub, hopeful of an Arsenal win. Oh, I also have some shelves to put up too!

  • Positive action for the day - clean the house! EHTB has taken little un out until about 4pm so have been getting stuck into the housework. Having the kids home for the last two weeks has turned my house into a pig sty!
Have got the washing on the line, at last, after three days of rain
And will be packing up the rest of EHTB things so he can take them with him later, then I can sort out my bedroom properly.

Peppa do make sure your paperwork is in date, mine wasn't and they wouldn't let me have the remission so I had to phone my mum who then had ten minutes to get to the court with the extra £150 otherwise they were going to cancel my appointment!
Claimed the money back afterwards, but it tooks ages to sort out

My positive action for today is to get a small book I can keep in my handbag to keep track of my account! One draw back with the Co-op is the on-line account isn't the most up to date. The good news is they are planning to do something about it, according to the person I was talking to while phone banking, but not sure how long that will take.
