I have a phillips freeview box but the channels come up sooooo poor. I bought a freeview indoor aerial but it was rubbish. As I live in privately rented property I cannot do much to this house. I doub they will upgrade the aerial and I just want a simpler solution
I already have 2 subscription sky boxes
I just need the freeview box to work in my sons room
any booster aerials that work any freeview aerials that you just plus in to the socket that will work?
what o you suggest?

this sort of thing gives me a decent freeview signal

existing aerial plugs into this, then the TV plugs into the unit , it boosts the power of the signalEx forum ambassador

As you have a dish already, it might be better to run a cable from there to your son's room and get a second hand Sky box or a Freesat box. You may well have a spare outlet on the dish to allow this, otherwise you will need a new LNB (the bit in the middle where the cables connect).0
