[FONT=&quot]This week I ordered a nokia 6300 with a free Sony BRAVIA 32" KDL32V4000 LCD Television, from buymobilephones.net
I paid £119 up front and £30 a month for 18 months = £660
the TV in Argos is £480 so I’m paying £10 a month for my phone effectively.
Got my phone and sent of some id to get the TV and today I get an email saying that the TV is out of stock and they will notify me when its available.
I am worried that 1. I won't ever get the TV, 2.I have to wait months for the TV, or 3. They send me a different TV that is not as good as the one specified.
I have 7 days to cancel the contract I am worried that if I go past this date and want to cancel because they can not supply a decent TV, I won't be able to as the TV is a free gift and subject to conditions i.e. in stock. And the phone is all ok, but it's terable deal without a good TV.
any thoughts

thanks for your time

Personally (and others will agree with this I think) buy the tv separately.

The 6300 is an old phone - so many deals out there which give u that phone for virtually nothing.
  • i'm not that bothered about the phone, i've not got £480 to drop on a Tv and i would spend more on pay as you go than the 400mins, 300texts, free landline calls, and a magic number that is free for 3 hours a day all for £10 a month. if i get the tele this is, other wise it work's out at £36, fingers crossed.

    I've been Money Tipped!
It's a great tv, but I bought it for £299.

Hi, I have had many deals from BUYMOBILES.NET and their sister company A1COMMS and have never had a problem with their cashback or free gift deals. If you were happy with the deal when you ordered don't worry, you will get your TV.
  • did look around but most places that do it cheap are sold out, the best i found in stock was £450.
on my last contract i got an xbox 360 and £120 cash back on a 12 month contract from e2save. they were ment to send the basic 360 £150 but i got the elite £250 with the cash back thats £370 over the contrct i paid £360. i was £10 up and had a phone with free calls. so these deals can work for you if you make sure you cancel it the second you can.

The network won't let you cancel after 7 days if you don't get the TV. The offers with the dealer and has nothing to do with the network. If you're worried I'd cancel now.
  • will give them a ring on monday and find out when it's going to be back in stock
  • still no TV
  • If you see the buymobilephones.net thread they are very popular and the common items seem to go out of stock quite often.

I myself am waiting on a PS3 from them. My claim has been validated but item out of stock.
