replacing faulty phone help

im in the middle of a contract with o2 and have had my phone replaced due to being faulty once before, now my second n95 8gb has got the same fault, so i was wondering if o2 will replace the phone with something else of similar expence due to this happening, its really irritating, or will they just replace with the same phone

I had n95 8gig from o2 last year, not used for one month, first use in july, pixel internal went by itself they refused to repair it blaming me.
They offered to repair the mobile for £63 or offer me a a returned non 8 gig version of the n95 for £60. Did think about paying for £60 and could have made a tidy profit by selling it off.
I decided againt neither option and repaired the part myself for under £30.
You could phone o2 and ask if they could give you a similar mobile - they will charge.0 -
You normally have to go through 3 replacements before a network will look at a different model.0
