Here is a link to it... I think it should work and NOT show any personal details.. if not I'll cut and paste it.

Yes, I received the email. Also today, when logging into Your Money, a message briefly explaining the changes is displayed.0

This thread was probably one of the first to announce the changes and runs to 4 pages:

Just logged in and noticed the same very disappointed, especially at the cash advance fee. The positive balance was a massive advantage but wasn't sustainable in these times I guess.
The insurance seems exclude a lot of things, and the change in price after 30 days, from items bought in store only? How ridiculous is that, most people will surely tend to spend online nowadays ?Student Moneysaving Expert :beer:0 -
I never got the email, and I haven't received these changes... hopefully they've forgotten about me! I've still got the 4% interest showing up on my account0

It'll have been sent to the email address they have on file. Your ESP's mail filtering will have no effect on whether the changes take place, nor will any change in your mail address if you haven't informed them.
4% is showing on mine (I got the mail) - have a look on the change date.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

I have never received an email either and would not have known about the changes if I hadn't read the threads in this Forum.
However, I have printed out the details from the web site and have now withdrawn all of my positive balance (£20k). It took a week for the funds to reach my current account. I'm glad to say they didn't charge me for making the withdrawal.

I'm starting to see a slight smattering of boIlocks here.
Egg is (and always was) an internet bank.
Yet we have posts saying that emails haven't been received. Emails are how Egg tell their customers stuff.
