I'm sorry OP but i have to agree. Why would the guy post on the forum on ebay if they were lying?

now had a chanc to read your messages
now i get people calling me scum???

let me explain bascially the last few laptops we did send out we sent standard parcels with insured.

apapraently all 3 we sent on the same day were lost!!
    coicidence???
i get a phon call from one saying i didnt include the charger, but on my auction it never said ill send charger.
so he filled complaint saying he hasnt recvied it?

i had misplaced all my docuemtns as i assuemd after 3 weeks and now emaisl, the parcel woudlve been recvied so i didnt think to leave the receipts in a special place.

therefore 3 cases begun.....sicne then i npo longer use a service unless i get signed for....
no other way for peopel to con me then...]

this uyer for the laptop is clearly lying or unless the courier for abroad deliveires mustve tampered with it....

again this is hard to do....im sure alo of peopel on ebay might be thinking of doign the same thing

i dont thiink ill see a high priced item on ebay again... sees mto always coem back to haunt me....

these negative feedbacks also have affected my sales
and the one powerseller status i had will also (if not already0 be removed due to me selling less now.....

i have no idea what to do now....
i mean how can someoen actually recvie a brick inthe bag??? impossible...
but what can i do about it
if proof is asked ??? fingerprints seem the only way.

to all those that are thinking im the con man
then im upset for you to think of me that way

endo f the day im ust a tudent tryign to make extra money... my loan debts are not exactly to be proud of..

instead im made out to be in the wrong..
well there is not much else i can do...

Why did you not give the buyer the tracking number? You said in your first post that this was threatening behaviour asking for it, why?

Also, by standard parcels, you mean parcel2go?

becasue the first few tiems he asked me was the day of his last payment
surely he can wait until the item has been posted then he asked the same night....

then a day later whislt im at work and stated im busy so im unale to post it yet...

when shipped i told him it was sent and that as i was at work i coudltn provided the trackign info..

he started to get very agitated in his emails..
if i sent it , ive sent it, nothing to lie about

if i get time ill pass on the trackign number

i even said ill scan it and send you ti if you want, he goes no need then next day he left me nagative feedback and said cancel the transaction and begun a dispute...
this was possible as his first isntallment was paid earlier on so the dispute will begin frok non delviery from that payment date

so whilst in transait he wanted a refund?
i provided all proof to paypal that i used parcel2go as my couriers.....

    and it was delviered.
he closed ispute saying he recvied it...
then a few hours after could be a day, im unsure of that , he said he hasnt recvied it, an this is where we are today..

    parcel2go dont do standard parcels..as i believe

in the past i used royal mails standard parcels service
which was fine for one item so i carried using it...

Having read the feedback for both parties - it looks like neither of you deserve to win out on this one.

Ebay is for genuine people to sell genuine items to genuine buyers. Note my use of the word genuine, which reads in the oxford dictionary:

adjective 1 truly what it is said to be; authentic. 2 sincere; honest.

I wouldn't trust either of you - if you are not prepared to sell items like any genuine retailer or purchase like a genuine buyer then you deserve all that's coming your way.
Treat others as you would like to be treated :A

Have you contacted them to ask exactly what he means by 'brick'?

i havent it seems sily to ask him althoug hhis last email he sent to me which was 5 min ago said...
"I called DHL and found other possibilies maybe someone jacing in during transit and swap for a brick instead. Would you contract your parcel2go services to start investigate whether it is happen or not? This can prove your side also that you are not cheating me. Maybe we can find something to solve. Thanks."

i still have my doubts but it is shockign if a courier person has doen this, i am awaiting a reply from them as well
