Ill never understand this system but then who will lol

Hope you end up with a decent figure and the father realises the costs of children at home.

My oh has 2 kids earns 30k and i have a child and we live together... He has to pay £72 per week. It was £ 48 a week but the ex wife decided to say we never have the kids and the CSA took her word for it. We was told to keep a diary for 3 months of times we have the children but they didnt have to review it by law for 52 weeks:rolleyes:

My ex on the other hand nicely fiddled his books he works 6 nights a week as a taxi driver and 3 days a week as a window cleaner... i know for a fact he earns on average 370 a week bring home but as he put false figures in i am awarded....£1.25 a week:rotfl:
This should have been started around january .. he hasnt paid... they called him he told me he would pay they called him again. They called me to ask if i had been getting anything ... nothing.. I called them yesterday to be told he had " promised" them he would pay by 10th april.... still nothing.. So yesterday on the phone i get told that they would ring him and tell him it is now going to legal services!

On and on and on and on

Sorry mark could you explain a bit more in detail when you mention a correct assessment

I have wrote a letter to them asking why, as a parent does his word mean nothing. When they split up in may last year he left her the house and everything, in july he got a new job and was paying her £200 a week, had regular access to the kids and up until this week has continued to pay her a very large chunk of money.

We sent a direct debit mandate back 2 weeks ago which they didnt process in time they called us on friday saying " could you pay her cash please into her bank account" lol....( this is something she said she did not want happening".. when my partner said yes the lady cfrom the csa said.." well il be calling her to check"!!
My fella laughed and said.." fine shes on her third holiday this year to Tunisia at the moment and left the kids @ home so by all means call her!

Anyway sorry you know whats its like when you get rambling lol.. but more info would be appreciated thanks

  • is it not the case (and correct me if it has now changed as i suspect it was in the pipeline) but if the PWC is on benefits then don't they only getto keep £10 a week of the money if paid thru the CSA?

In no way should he have to make 3 months worth of diary entries. And as for a law saying they can only look at it after a year that is a complete lie.

You are being given some very poor advice and are being blatantly lied to by the agency. I would complain.

If you are on benefits you get to keep the first £20 without it affecting your benefits...if you have a private agreement you will loose all the other passport benefits that's associated with the likes of Income support ;) also both parents have to agree to an amount and make sure it's paid on time.
