    Thank you for this. We are not sure of exact dates as they haven't told us so I am hoping they got it sorted in April! At the time I didn't think to log all the calls and information we had from our EA which I am now doing so I can at least look back on what I do know. We have been told the name of their case officer now so that seems hopeful but still no news further to that. We have until next Friday to exchange on the house we are hoping to buy so it appears to be going down to the wire!!

    Fingers crossed for you, its a good sign they have a name for their case officer. Good luck with the move.

    So...2nd June and the latest news from TV is....."significant delays, 4-5 weeks at best, several months possibly".
    That is simply not going to work with the chains that people are in so nightmare all round.
    I have written to Sir George Young as my MP and he has replied to say he will look into it.
    Arrgghhh!

    I wrote to Theresa May about the Catalyst Housing Group and her office said that she would do what she could too. Perhaps we should all do this?
