    Banana Lovers
Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

SAT Pineapple and Peanut Stir Fry with Noodles and prawn crackers

On request ( ;) ) here is how I make this (I couldn't really call it a recipe as such)...

Heat the wok then add about 2 tbsp sunflower oil. I thrown in a 50p bag of Asda's smartprice stir fry veg along with 2 sliced onions and 1 chopped garlic clove. When that has cooked for a couple of minutes, I add about 1/3 large tin of pineapple chunks and a couple of handfuls of peanuts (I use salted and roasted ones but you could use natural if you preferred).

The sauce I make by making up about 250ml stock with a chicken stock cube. I mix 1 tsp cornflour with a splash of cold water then mix in the stock. I push the veg to the sides of the wok and pour the sauce in the middle so it thickens up in a minute as it heats through. We then slug our own soy sauce on at the table but you could add it to the sauce if you liked.

The noodles are just cooked as per instructions and drained, then mixed in with the veggies when done.

It serves 2 adults but also stretches easily to include our toddler if I leave out the peanuts and add them just to our servings (as they are already roasted it tastes fine like this.)

    Hope that makes sense! :D
Love and compassion to all x
