Hello there - my meal plan for today went out of the window already as we went to visit our elderly neighbours earlier today, who persuaded us to stay for the ever-so-French 'omelette and a glass of wine'. Not to mention the frites, salad, cheese course and dessert...... So I guess we'll have grilled steaks for lunch tomorrow :-). Otherwise the plan reads as follows:

Sat - tonno i faglioli (tuna & white bean salad)
Sun - venison biriyani (with frozen leftover venison roast)
Mon - baked trout (stuffed with Boursin cheese) HM wedges, salad
    Tues - tian Nicoise
Wed - coconut chicken with HM naan bread (experiment)
    Thur - spinach/broccoli enchiladas
Fri - spicy beef casserole with couscous
Sat - copious lunch out with the beekeepers association
Sun - on our way to the UK in the camper van

    Wishing everyone an excellent week!

This is the first meal plan I have done, but am hoping to stick to it as closely as possible!

Monday - Homemade pizza and dough balls

Tuesday - Sausage Casserole and Cheesy Mash

Wednesday - Party buffet for my 2 year olds birthday treat!

Thursday - Lasagne, Salad and Potato Wedges

Friday - Chicken Kebabs in Pitta Bread

Saturday - Inverted Loaded Cheeseburgers with salad

Sunday - Slow Cooker Brisket with roasted veg, potatoes, carrot and suede mash and yorkshire puds

Lunches will be sandwiches, salads and soups

Now to go and work out the shopping list for Sunday  I normally just go into the supermarket and buy what takes my fancy, so this is all a new challenge for us!
