overcharged for 118118 calls

Hi,
I currently have a problem with T mobile who are billing me for a number of 118118 calls.

As you can see, the calls overlap to such an extent that in just over a minute, I have been charged for approx 15 minutes use!

So far, T Mobile have suggested that the user didn't hang up, or that they put the call on hold. I've told them to sling their hook!

Before I completely lose my rag wth them, can anyone here offer a reasonable explanation for the above figures?

The call log on the (daughters) phone shows just one call to 118118, but the time doesn't coincide.
