Getting it ALL back from Severn Trent?

As said previously you should be very careful with such statements - I think the moderators will remove your post.

As for "changing service to other carriers" - how do you propose anyone achieves that solution? Unlike Gas & Electricity, you have no choice of 'carrier'
for water supply.

All in all not the greatest initial post I have seen

Agree not a first good post - although we might hypothetically think this, it is probably not a good idea to add to a thread.

We don't have any choice about carriers in the UK - we are stuck with the nearest water company hence they can almost do what they want apart from what the regulator requires.

I don't hold out much hope of getting anything much back as a customer and certainly my dealings with 7T haven't exactly been first quality - oh well at least the H2O is clean!
