O2 Contract Price Reduction
Had a monthly contract with O2 paying £16 per month but hardly use the phone. I had a letter from BT offering a monthly contract for £5 per month and call charges at the same rate. I called BT to see if I could keep the same number and they said I needed a pac code. Phoned O2 and asked them for it and told them I wanted to change and they offered, if I stayed with them for 12 months, to reduce monthly cost to £6 per month and offered me a new phone. I didn't need a new phone so they threw in £100 worth of credit onto my account as well. A worthwhile call I thought.
