I am holding an empty card with limit of £8.400 in the hope they have 0% offer again... is this likely to happen or am i waiting in vain??

            Have YOU asked them?0

Yes I have asked them! I keep ringing every 2 weeks (every time I ring, they tell me an offer should be on the account within 2 weeks).
I think you have been a bit sharp with me.Paying down the mortgage:

Unfortuatly most lenders are being very strict with their limits / offers at the moment, blame the crunch!!!
Best of luck and advise us if you get a deal

            don't hold your breath.
this time last year they were touting some very nice LOB deals so I filled up on that...my credit limit was well used, after about 6 payments when there was some breathing space that I could have used, had they seen fit to make any offers, they cut the limit "because they cared about me" or other such words....
really, I think they'll not be offering anything for some time.
other banks are quiet too....I used to get inundated with offers - those that are still ok with BTs are sometimes just doing it at their normal rates.....
not a good time to be a tart....For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070

Aye Mint seem to be slow with offers.0

Sorry if you thought I was sharp but I fail to see what posters on here can do for you when Mint themselves won't offer you a deal.0

It was just a simple question! I'm not expecting anyone on here to magically wave their wand and give me a 0%, I just wondered if anyone was getting offers from Mint, or knew of anything coming upPaying down the mortgage:
