Cancelling sky multi room

Does anyone know what the effect will be if I cancel my multi room sky subscription. Does the sky box revert to a freesat box or do I have to buy the £20 freesat card from sky ?.
Also what channels would I get

you'll be left with over 200 free to air channels when sky channels stop - no card purchase necessary

We have just done this and our extra box still works (although the Sky+ feature does not) with the same channels as Freesat. The channels are on the website, but I have to say they are not as good as freeview in my opinion. No Dave or Paramount, but gets all the BBC, ITV and 4 ones.
