alcatel refurb £14.99
currys (and dixons i expect) have the alcatel ote256 for just £14.99.
it is a refurb but has a 12 month warranty.

it is a flip phone and pretty small.
i am personally tempted but i am on o2 so will only buy it if either it comes unlocked as some refurbs do or can be unlocked.
my local phone shop said they cant unlock it though.
does anyone happen to know if this comes unlocked?
