Hi,
When I was upgrading to BB with tiscali, I used a AOL free month trial so |I didnt get any charges. I then realised how carp it was and cancelled 12 hours later, I have just got my monthly statement through and they have charged me £15.99 even though they insisted they wouldnt take anything :rolleyes:
Has anyone got the number to phone to get my money back, I don't have a clue what department I need.
