what a joke- i logged in this morning so see my points balance had just rocketed only to find that so has the price of vouchers. I've had almost £300 worth of vouchers over the past few years but recently it has been increasingly difficult to build up points. i give up!

I agree, what's the point (no pun intended) of trebling the value of points if you still need just as many to get a voucher! I have 405 points now, but will I ever get another voucher. Ridiculous!

I thought I had won a competition so went to check which one and couldn't see my name so went to my account and saw the points changed. then saw the vouchers price is up. As curly wants us to compare.

    Mutual points 3000 points =£20
    Curly 3150-3450 points = £10

I've filled in their excessively long and mostly pointless questionnaire just to tell them what I think of them. By the sounds of it they are trying to diversify to make more money. The questions about insurance and bingo sound like piggy is getting desperate.

What they have done here is pretty disgraceful imo.

It seems to me like it was just a real sneaky way of reducing the value of a CT. Everything else has trebled in value apart from CT's which are now worth nothing. For PB, they can now have 3 CT's for the same value as just 1 on the previous system.

What I find most annoying is they make a big announcement and then give us some rubbish story about bringing it in line with other similar systems. What a load of rubbish.

    Bad form PB!

You forgot the "sorry we don't have a record of that transaction and so we cannot award you any piggy points!"

Absolute rubbish. Although it is "free" vouchers, I'm gutted. I signed up for the Love Film offer because basically the points were going to be worth a £10 voucher to me. I note they are not trebling the points on offer for these things. It was bad enough before. I'll only stick it because its will be one free voucher (every 3 years) at this rate!!!!
