i make 100,000 pp worth a few pence under £290 after allowing for admin charges based on a paper voucher exchange.

Be worth about £28 now. And I still don't have points for purchases added. That's what Curly ought to be spending time changing. I can see this really blowing up in their faces, people will leave their accounts. What a fiasco!!

oh marvellous. I was just waiting for 1000 points from hotel club to get my next voucher. I bet they don't treble it to 3000. No chance of ever getting a voucher now :mad:
