    afternoon.

    Good to see you back Bookie. There is a thread on MSE called something like the Good Enough thread, someone on DFW is a 'member' and has it in their siggy, I can't remember who but maybe do a search. It is a thread that says whatever we achieve each day - however small - is 'good enough' and we shouldn't beat ourselves up over not achieving everything, just 1 small thing is 'good enough', whatever that small thing may be.

    I also like the daily messages on this site which are all about taking what you currently have and making the best of it because that will, in turn, make more positive things happen.
