In my distant memory it's the original but yes, do keep a photocopy!
Hopefully they're still good at paying out as I'm probably about to go back to them.0 -
Do they accept online bills?0

Definitely original, keep photocopy. I also send recorded delivery.
Why do you want to go back? I'll never forget the nightmare afternoon I spent setting up a contract - and that was 18 months ago!
There has to be better;)0 -
All wrong. Copies are fine. Company is excellent right now. If you are getting these things wrong or asking the questions in the first place you shouldn't be doing cashback deals anyway.0

MJ is 100% correct, copies are fine - a decent copy that is.

I am pleasantly surprised that Dialaphone still only require bills to be sent when claiming cashbacks. Being owned by p4u, I had assumued that they would have forced customers into using redemption claims forms just like they do. It is a pity the deals are getting ever worse but at least they may manage to avoid the mobileshop fate.0

No comparison. The Mobile Shop was always a minnow - and the forms for Phones4U aren't exactly "forceful". Instead, they are clear and helpful - more importantly, they (unlike cpw) actually do exactly what they say on the tin.0

I have my first redemption form to complete from Phones4U.
I have to do this from next monday and i have 60 days to do this.
It says on the form " Please send your latest bill" .
Just to clarify, can I therefore send the last bill that I received (2 weeks ago), or do I need to send the next one that I receive (after the cashback date, as with the Dialaphone cashback that I did a couple of years ago?)
It's just i know that they can be strict about this and i want to get it right first time.Mortgage and totally Debt Free as of December 2008.
boy does it feel good! Thanks MSE for all the tips and advice0 -
I've had three successful claims. Just sent a copy of the latest bill that I had to hand. e.g. if claim date is 1st June then send the most recent bill that you received (will be one dated sometime in May).0
