Orange Monthly Contracts

Having so many problems with Orange just now been going on around 2 months now. They removed my magic numbers from my account and began charing me for them, after telling me it would be around 3-5 days to get them added on i am still waiting around 2 months later. Decided to reduce my minutes and add on internet access stating i wanted to use my phone mostly weekends and evenings to go on bebo etc and was told to add on an orange world £5 bolt on which i did only to get a £80 phone when i checked today. Phoned up to complain and was basically told i was a liar and didnt ask for the bolt on which has not been put onto my account and now i am being made pay for the bill! Which i think is disgraceful!!!
Due to end contract in June and can't wait they are seriously going downhill and fast!!
